Keri is the Founder of Rockford Yoga Day, a Certified Advanced Yoga Nidra teacher, Rockford Native, and a practitioner of yoga for over 25 years. Keri is trained in and currently teaches Vinyasa Flow yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative, Chair/Adaptive yoga, and Yoga Nidra in Rockford, Illinois and the surrounding communities.
She also teaches several workshops and events throughout the year and specializes in Yoga for Athletes, Yoga Nidra (a conscious relaxation practice), and working with those who live with chronic conditions, injury, illness, and/or dis-ease. Her classes are challenging, creative, and playful.
“I just encourage you to move as your body wants to move,” she explains.
Keri, who recently married her high school sweetheart and had a daughter, is a nature and animal lover, enjoys spending her free-time outdoors, reading, devoting time to her own yoga practice, and traveling.
